Terms of Service
These placeholder Terms of Service govern your use of the DataDingo preview website and waitlist.
Preview status. DataDingo is in private preview. Features, data coverage, and availability may change without notice, and the service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
Waitlist. Joining the waitlist registers your interest. It does not guarantee access, pricing, or any service level.
Acceptable use. You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or use data obtained through DataDingo in a manner that breaches Australian law or the terms of the underlying official sources.
Data accuracy. Business data is compiled from official sources and provided for informational purposes. While we work to keep it current, we do not warrant that every record is complete or error-free.
Intellectual property. The DataDingo name, branding, and site content remain the property of DataDingo.
Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
