Privacy Policy
DataDingo (“DataDingo”, “we”, “us”) is committed to protecting your personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).
What we collect. During the waitlist preview we collect the email address you provide, together with basic technical information such as your browser type and the time of your request.
Company data. The business information offered through DataDingo is compiled from publicly available official registers and disclosures. Where that information includes personal information — for example, the name of a company officeholder published on a public register — we handle it consistently with the APPs and the terms of the source register.
How we use it. We use your email solely to contact you about the DataDingo preview and launch. We do not sell your personal information.
Data security. We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, interference, loss, and unauthorised access. In the event of an eligible data breach, we will comply with the Notifiable Data Breaches scheme.
Access & correction. You may request access to, or correction of, the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to remove your email from the waitlist, at any time by contacting privacy@datadingo.au.
This document is placeholder copy for the DataDingo preview site and does not yet constitute a final, legally reviewed privacy policy.
